Rules & Regulations

• The general public may exhibit horses in the stalls located in the livestock area.
• Any individual, breeding farms and ranches are encouraged to   display horses.
• Signs may be displayed to promote farms and breeds.  To advertise, signs must be professional.
• A fee of $20 to advertise per night or $65.00 for Fair week
• All horses on Walton County Fairgrounds must be accompanied by a negative Coggins Test not more than 12 months old. 
• Stalls are limited, to assure stall availability contact chairperson to reserve a stall or stalls. Priority will be given to youth.
• Horses must be well groomed and cared for, with water and hay provided by owner.
• Hay and manure must be removed from stalls, and new shavings added to stall as needed each night by the owner
• The horse owner is responsible for monitoring horse’s safety while on fair grounds.
• Horses must on exhibit from 4:30 - 9:30 p.m.
