All animals must be trained to lead and in suitable condition for showing.  Any animal showing sign of illness will be excused and not judged for premiums.

• Animal must belong to exhibitor or immediate family.
• Current Health Certificate required.  Animals checked upon arrival.
• Meat entries shall be does or wethers under 1 year of age. 
• Dairy Goat entries shall be does only.

• Youth exhibitors must be between the ages of 4 and 18 years of age and not have graduated from high school. Further, the exhibitor must reside in one of the following counties: Escambia, Okaloosa, Walton, Washington, Holmes, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Leon, Gadsden, Santa Rosa, Wakulla or Liberty.
• Limit (3) animals per exhibitor per division; division meaning meat or dairy.

Showmanship classes will consist of dairy and meat exhibitors combined. 

• Class / Age:
• Class I:     4 - 7 yrs
• Class II:    8 - 9 yrs
• Class III:  10 - 12 yrs
• Class IV:  13 -18 yrs

Dairy Goat Classes

Class / Description:

• Class I:    Jr Does under 12 months
• Class II:   Jr Does 12 - 24 months (never freshened)
• Class III:  Milkers 12 - 24 months
• Class IV:  Milkers 24 - 36 months
• Class V:    Milkers 3 - 4 years
• Class VI:  Milkers 5 years and older
•  Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Selected
•  Grand Champion and Reserve Showman selected  from combined dairy and meat classes

• There will be up to 3 weight classes determined by weigh-in day of show. 
• Grand and Reserve Champion Market Meat Goat will be selected.
•  Showmanship will be combined
• Breeding Meat Doe

Class Definitions

• Class I - VII: Registered purebreds, experimentals, and recorded grades of an ADGA recognized breed: Alpine, Toggenburg, Saanen, Nubian, Oberhasli, Sable, Nigerian Dwarf, and Lamancha. A market meat goat shall be a doe or wether under one year of age.
•  Breeding Meat Doe shall be meat goat over 1 year old.
• Grand and Reserve Champion shall be selected from 1st place animals in classes I-VI with 2nd place animals on standby to return to the show ring, in the event that the goat from their class wins grand champion, to compete for reserve grand champion.
